Dear Valued Long Customers,
We very much appreciate you have chosen to be part of the Long family. At Long Subaru we strive for your complete satisfaction while placing health and safety above all else. This goes for both our guests and our employees. In response to the concerns of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are diligently working to help protect our team & our guests.
Effective immediately, Long Subaru has adjusted our Service and Parts Departments hours to Mon. - Fri.: 7:30AM to 5:00PM and Saturday: 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
Our Showroom and Sales Department online sales with remain open through our express Drive-Thru process with our sales team working remotely to get you all the resources you need. Deliveries will be made by appointment and customers can choose to pickup at our dealership or schedule a home delivery. Dear valued customer,
I wanted to share with you steps we are taking to keep you safe and meet your needs during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The safety of our customers, staff and our community is our top priority.
We are following recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local authorities in taking extra safety measures. We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures on top of our already high standards. We are disinfecting high-traffic surfaces like countertops, handles, and bathrooms with greater frequency. Our hand sanitation stations remain available for customer and staff use. Our service technicians are equipped with nitrile gloves to be worn while performing maintenance on all customer vehicles. Out of an abundance of caution, we also are adjusting the types of snacks available in our customer lounge and temporarily discontinuing our shuttle service.
As of March 18, 2020 our sales department will be closing at 6pm Mon.-Thurs (formerly 8pm). Friday and Saturday hours remain the same.

We have provided new health protocols and information for our staff. We’re reminding sick staff to stay home and encourage our customers to do the same if they are feeling unwell. All staff have been asked to refrain from handshakes with fellow associates and customers.
Our goal is to continue providing outstanding service to you and are remaining open for our regular business hours. We will continue to work hard to deliver on this commitment in the days ahead and ask for your patience and cooperation as we continue to monitor the situation closely.
