Our lunch featured Italian sausages with peppers and hotdogs from Tony Island Hot Dog Company. Sarah set up her cart and grilled everything fresh. They were delicious and a Long Subaru favorite.
While you waited for your lunch you could fill out a message of hope. Long Subaru will be donating blankets along with messages from our customers and employees to patients at The Cancer Center at Harrington as a part of Subaru Loves to Care event in June. 
For some desserts, Wholesome Sweets LLC baked fresh cookies and turnovers. Another way we beat the heat was to enjoy some frozen treats from Waves Dairy Free Soft Serve. Ken had some great flavors including maple walnut, black raspberry and chocolate brownie. They also were raising funds for Alzheimer’s Association. 
To end the day, we had a drawing for our customers to enter and some prizes for our employees. The customer drawing will be going on all month long, so just stop in a fill out your information. We will pick a winner at the end of the month. We had such a fun day showing appreciation for our customers and employees. Thank you!
