The Long Subaru plant-based event is getting closer, and we cannot wait to introduce you to Caryl’s Plant Hangars. You guessed it, they sell plant hangars! They are handmade macramé hangars with beaded decoration.
Caryl is the founder of this small local business and truly inspirational. She learned to make plant hangars from her mom, who loved the hobby. Sadly, Caryl’s mom passed away a few years ago and she was left with all her cords and beads. In honor of her mom, Caryl picked up the craft where she left off.
Caryl enjoys staying active and this hobby has allowed her to do so. It gives her the opportunity to join local craft events with her pop-up shop, to meet many new friends and continue to share the memory of her mom.
