Technician responsibilities include performing quality tire installations, battery installations, lubrication, oil and filter service, inspection procedures, and various other mechanical repairs as required on all makes & models of cars & trucks.
We have both entry level and experienced positions open. Applicants must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, automotive experience, problem solving skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
