SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:
As many of our long-time service customer know, we have had to discontinued offering 'Lifetime Tires' or 'Tires for Life'. This has come as a disappointment to many who have been part of this program during the time it was offered. However, for those currently enrolled we (Long Subaru) will continue to honor the existing tires for life customers with the following provisions:
1. The previous stipulations will still apply: Rotations every 6 months/6,000 miles MUST be done. Annual alignment MUST be done.
2. Tires must be worn down to 3/32 before we will replace them.
3. If the customer has missed some rotations or alignments, instead of us declining them as was the policy previously, they can 'buy' their way back into the program.
Example: A customer misses one alignment and one rotation - they will then pay 21.95 & 99.95 (or current regular price) for the services they missed, PLUS the mounting and balancing charge PLUS current alignment, then they would be back in the program for new tires.
