Treadwear / Mileage Warranty

We offer an exclusive Lifetime Mileage Warranty on your new tires. Your tires have delivered their full original life when it has worn down to the last 4/32" of tread. Treadwear safety indicators molded into the tire will appear on the tire when the point of wear is reached, indicating the need for replacement. In the event your tires wear out, and you meet the eligibility requirements, simply return to us so that we can inspect and replace your tires free of charge*.

Road Hazard Protection

Glass, nails, potholes, curbs - road hazards are everywhere. You can rest assured with our exclusive 25 month 100% Road Hazard protection we will repair or replace, at our discretion, a tire (or tires) that become unserviceable due to road hazard damage, impact, or puncture. Tires that can be properly repaired will be repaired at no charge. Tires that are not able to be repaired will be replaced free of charge for a period of 24 months from original purchase*.

Tire Diagnostics

When you purchase tires from Long Subaru, tire balancing is included! Our sophisticated equipment allows us to fine tune virtually any vibration felt in a car. This is a significant advantage over traditional balancers resulting in a noticeable improvement to your ride. Our diagnostic wheel balancer is rated #1 in the world and uses a laser system to pinpoint sources of vibration in the wheel or tire. It literally is revolutionizing the tire industry!

*Replacement Labor costs (tire mounting, balancing, etc.) and applicable taxes are not covered by this warranty. Mileage Warranty is not applicable on LT-metric or LT-flotation tires. Proper maintenance including original and follow-up alignments and tire services must be performed at Long Subaru. Tires are to be used in accordance with the vehicle manufacture's recommendations.
