"Just a note to tell you how pleased I am with the repairs recently done on my 07 Forester.
The undercarriage of the car was compromised pretty extensively and there was some cosmetic damage as well. Dave Eastty and Dario were quite accommodating in getting the car into Jessie for a quick evaluation. Dario informed me of the progress and Dave and I discussed the final bill before I picked the car up so there would be no surprises. Jessie is to be credited with doing a very fine job because the car 'feels' good. Jim Melbourne at the collision center did a magnificent job on the outside of the vehicle. It really does look like new.

As I drove away after picking up the car you noticed one of my tires was low and had someone contact me at the collision center where I stopped to thank Jim. The message was to return to the service center to have the tire checked out. Jessie did, found a nail in it, repaired it and brought it out to me to drive home. I did without any problems.
